She got her License as a Real Estate Broker in 2016. Technically, she operates as a Solo Agent, but she is backed up by a rockstar team, handling admin, documentation & operations. She has close almost 200 transaction, mostly prime listings in the secondary market and still counting. 

She is a Co-Owner of Keller Williams Philippines, Makati CBD Market Center, and holds the title of being the very first Rockstar Agent and “CAPPER” of the company. She is also a Co-Owner and Lead Broker of a local Brokerage Firm, Property MD Real Estate Sales & Marketing Co., Ltd. based in Makati. She served as Vice-President for External Affairs of Real Estate Brokers Association of the Philippines (REBAP) Makati in 2018 & 2019. She had her first taste of project selling as a Project Director for Century Properties for almost 2 years and have worked with Megaworld Properties as AVP for Marketing Services. 

She knows how her clients think since has been a Real Estate Investor since early 2000. She buys properties, fix, flip or lease them out. While she calls herself a Solo Agent, she has a ‘partner in crime”, who is also her business partner, and at the same time, her life partner, her loving and very supportive husband, Dennis Razote, who happens to be a real estate professional too.

She is very passionate with what she does and has laser focus at work. She loves traveling the world with her husband at least once a year, and does boxing to strengthen her core. But wait! There’s more! She was also a former lead singer and manager of a band and she considers her previous connections and her experience in dealing with people as a big help in her real estate practice.
