Megaworld to build new hotel in ArcoVia City

Megaworld Corp. is building its second hotel within the 12.3-hectare ArcoVia City township along C5 Road.

The company said the 31-story hotel will offer 339 rooms and suites in various layouts, catering to both families and business travelers.

Room sizes will range from 27.5 square meters (295 square feet) for queen suites to 108 square meters (1,163 square feet) for presidential suites. Dedicated accessible suites measuring 34 square meters (366 square feet) will also be available.

"We are delighted to introduce our newest development here in Metro Manila, which will be our 21st property and the tallest hotel development in Megaworld's portfolio to date," said Cleofe Albiso, managing director of Megaworld Hotels and Resorts. "This hotel perfectly complements the world-class vibe of ArcoVia City and will wow future guests with an unimpeded view of the iconic Arco de Emperador."

The hotel will be operated by Megaworld Hotels & Resorts and is slated for completion in 2029.
