Cebu Landmasters Inc (CLI) said it will launch 10 to 12 new projects worth P36 billion in sales value this year to sustain growth.
The planned launches for 2025 include a mix of ongoing developments and new ventures in emerging markets across the Visayas and Mindanao regions, CLI said in a recent investors briefing.
The launches are set to expand CLI’s footprint in underserved areas and mark a shift toward larger-scale residential and township developments, as well as an acceleration of its recurring income portfolio.
“These launches aim to build on CLI’s regional momentum and capture opportunities in underserved markets. 2025 is a critical stage as we move into bigger-scale residential and township developments, and ramp up our recurring income projects,” said CLI Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Jose R. Soberano III.
CLI also reported an 8-percent growth in net income attributable to parent shareholders to over 3 billion pesos on the back of record revenues.
Sales reached an all-time high of P19.5 billion , up 4 percent from the previous year’s P18.8 billion, led by strong demand in the VisMin market and the solid performance of its core business segments.
Core real estate sales rose 5 percent to P17.3 billion , while recurring income surged 50 percent to P467 million , led by a 74-percent increase in hospitality revenues.
Rental income also rose by 45 percent to P162 million, thanks to strong leasing demand from global brands.
“CLI continues to invest in projects that deliver quality and value for money, meeting the changing needs of our markets,” Soberano said. “Our foundation remains strong and we’re well-positioned for continued growth. Our proven track record, strategic pipeline, and deep roots in VisMin power our momentum as we expand across the country.”
The property firm maintained a strong 92 percent sell-out rate across ongoing and new projects. Its mid-market brand Casa Mira and the Garden Series accounted for 87 percent of total residential sales.
