Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Secretary Jose Ramon P. Aliling met with representatives of several organizations on Tuesday to explore new approaches to inclusive and sustainable housing, aligned with the Marcos administration’s 4PH (Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino) Program.
Aliling sat down with stakeholders from Bahay sa Pinas USA, Inc., BMC Holdings, Aidea, Inc., Quantity Solutions, Inc., and Gerweiss Motors, who presented a scalable housing model aimed at affordability, sustainability, and nationwide implementation. The meeting underscores DHSUD’s efforts to pursue innovative strategies to meet the country’s growing housing demand.
“This collaboration opens up the possibility of delivering housing solutions that are not only cost-effective but also climate-resilient and community-centered,” Aliling said.
The consortium’s presentation included integrated services in real estate design, engineering, construction, and mobility—all tied to the vision of creating dignified and livable communities for Filipinos.
Also present were DHSUD Assistant Secretaries Frank Lloyd Gonzaga and Rosve Henson, as well as consortium members Mr. Bong Gutierrez of Bahay sa Pinas USA, Inc.; Mr. Allan Lee, Arnold Cortez, and Donald Lirio of BMC Holdings; Architect Jojo Tolentino of Aidea, Inc.; Engineer Rynor Jamandre of Quantity Solutions, Inc.; and Mr. Gabby Veloria of Gerweiss Motors.
The meeting is part of DHSUD’s ongoing effort to strengthen public-private engagement and diversify housing delivery strategies under the Expanded 4PH framework.
