St. Luke's Medical Center, a prominent healthcare provider in the Philippines, has announced plans to expand its services with a new flagship facility in Aseana City, Parañaque. This exciting development comes as part of a 50-year lease agreement with property developer DM Wenceslao and Associates (DMW) for a 13,896-square meter land in the area.

The new hospital will be situated in the bustling Manila Bay area, offering easy access to all terminals of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport and rapidly growing population centers south of Metro Manila.

St. Luke's President and CEO, Arturo de la Peña, explained that Aseana City is the perfect location to capture the robust healthcare growth in the country and Southeast Asia, stating that the area also takes a holistic approach throughout its master plan while setting standards for sustainability. "This new facility will be at the forefront of convenience to patients and health practitioners alike," he said in a statement.

The Manila Bay area is already known for its picturesque views and vibrant atmosphere. As an integrated development, it is home to several points of interest flocked by many whether it's for business or leisure. The addition of a top-notch medical facility will undoubtedly benefit the community.

The new flagship facility in Aseana City will definitely enable the healthcare provider to expand its reach and cater to a wider patient population – adding to it is the boost in medical tourism. Strategically located in a mixed-use hub, St. Luke's in Manila Bay City is complemented by establishments and suitable lodging options that could serve its clients. From a plethora of dining spots in nearby lifestyle venues such as SM Mall of Asia and MET Live to premium accommodations like City of Dreams Manila and Copeton Baysuites, convenience is guaranteed given that creature comforts are highly accessible.

St. Luke's currently operates three hospitals in the Philippines, including two in Quezon City and one in Taguig City, which provide a total of 2.7 million outpatient consultations annually. It's worth noting that the positive impact of St. Luke's Medical Center's new flagship facility in Aseana City won't just be limited to the hospital and its patients.
