Landco Pacific Corporation, a subsidiary of Manny V. Pangilinan-led Metro Pacific Investments Corporation (MPIC), unveiled The Residences at Terrazas de Punta Fuego—the grand culmination of the Punta Fuego legacy—on March 16, 2024 at The Manila House Private Club in Taguig City.

Erickson Y. Manzano, president and CEO, Landco Pacific Corporation; Arch. Ernesto Zabarte, director of architecture, Broadway Malyan; Former Chief justice Hon. Artemio Panganiban, lead independent director of Metro Pacific Investments Corporation; Marycris Panganiban, chief finance officer, Landco; Gerard Peñaflor, VP of commercial and customer experience, Landco

Led by Erickson Y. Manzano, president and CEO of Landco Pacific Corporation; Ernesto Zabarte, director of architecture at Broadway Malyan; Marycris L. Panganiban, chief finance officer of Landco Pacific Corporation, and graced by former Chief Justic Artemio Panganiban, MPIC lead independent board director, the event positions The Residences as the new premier address for luxury living and unparalleled experiences.

Located at the heart of the Terrazas de Punta Fuego development, The Residences is the coveted new address for a privileged few. As Punta Fuego maintains its reputation as the premier beach community in the Philippines, it upholds its legacy of fostering a strong community, offering high-end lifestyles, preserving land heritage, and embracing environmentally sensitive design principles.

The Residences at Terrazas de Punta Fuego

“Punta Fuego resonates with us, it’s something special, it’s a creation that’s more popular than the creator but that’s fine with us. What is special about Punta Fuego when all developments in Nasugbu face the Nasugbu bay? Why is it that when you cross the fence to Punta Fuego, the price of the lot is four times higher?” said Manzano.

“It can be about our legacy as developers and being a subsidiary of MPIC or probably the marina or the golf course. But my personal take is that it’s probably because who your neighbors are, because of who lives in the area. This Punta Fuego, you add Peninsula. Terrazas and now The Residences. This latest development is Landco’s last piece of property in Punta Fuego, and it’s providential that it’s in a beachfront. It is the culmination of the Punta Fuego development, we are offering you the privilege to be part of this exclusive community, that I think centuries from now will continue to be relevant,” said Manzano.

Luxurious living

With only a handful of units available, this development presents a rare opportunity to become part of the esteemed Punta Fuego community, which includes Peninsula, Terrazas, and now The Residences, serving as the grand finale to this iconic coastal society.

Positioned as the epitome of luxury coastal living, The Residences offers meticulously crafted one to three-bedroom apartments spread across three distinct clusters. Immerse yourself in refined living with spacious interiors, low-density occupancy, and sweeping panoramic views of Nasugbu Bay, all seamlessly blended with a fusion of Spanish Mediterranean and Asian Tropical architectural styles.

Sustainability and nature

Prioritizing sustainable growth, The Residences is actively seeking EDGE Certification, showcasing its dedication to energy and water conservation, preservation of greenery, and promotion of electric vehicle usage. Through the integration of a dual-pipe water system, rainwater harvesting, and various environmental initiatives, Landco underscores its unwavering commitment to sustainability. “Sustainability is ingrained in Landco’s essence, not as an obligation, but as a moral imperative,” said Manzano.

Unit owners at The Residences will also enjoy the benefits of Club Association Membership, entitling them to exclusive access to the renowned amenities of Club Punta Fuego and enrollment in the esteemed Landco Privilege Club Program. Committed to upholding exceptional environmental and community standards, The Residences transcends mere housing to embody a legacy within a picturesque seaside haven.

“Building on the success of Punta Fuego, and with the foresight of Landco’s parent company, Metro Pacific, represented by Chief Justice Artemio Panganiban, we unveil to you The Residences at Terrazas, the latest and final addition to this remarkable project,” said Marycris Panganiban, chief finance officer at Landco Pacific Corporation.

“Beyond the tangible returns on investment, it is the tangible reward that comes from being part of something extraordinary that is priceless. The beachfront home to a select few is waiting for you. The prestigious address of Punta Fuego is reserved just for you. Welcome home and welcome to the community,” concluded Panganiban.
