New fusion architecture project emerges in Antipolo

HOOGAH. Homes, a pioneering developer, is breaking ground in Antipolo City with its latest project, Brook House, a unique blend of Filipino and Scandinavian architectural styles.

Scheduled for completion by April 2025, Brook House will stand tall in Barrington Place, Town & Country Estate, a mere five-minute drive from The Valley Golf & Country Club.

This visionary project, a collaboration between HOOGAH. Homes, designer Barchan Architecture, and builder Evermount Construction Corp. (ECC), embodies the essence of Filipino homes—spacious, light-filled, and breezy—infused with the tranquility and simplicity of Scandinavian design principles, known as "HOOGA."

"Nikki B. Buensalido, Co-founder of HOOGAH. Homes and Vice-President of Barchan Architecture, described Brook House as a harmonious blend of Filipino warmth and Scandinavian tranquility, making it an ideal sanctuary for discerning families seeking a balanced lifestyle within Metro Manila.

Sitting on a 269 square meter lot, Brook House boasts a generous 35.20 square meter living area on the ground floor, complemented by four bedrooms with balconies, five bathrooms, a multipurpose room, family hall, and a serene garden retreat.

One notable feature born from the lessons of the pandemic is an alternative entrance leading to a sanitation area—an innovative addition that emphasizes health and hygiene.

Strategically located, Brook House offers residents convenient access to key establishments such as Our Lady of Fatima University, Metro Antipolo Hospital, SM City Masinag, and the bustling Ortigas business district.

With ECC's track record of successful projects like APT Studios along Marcos Highway and the Aurora Suite Hotel and Pavilion in Subic, Brook House is poised to become another milestone in Antipolo's architectural landscape.

Jason L. Buensalido, Principal Chief Architect, and Chief Design Ambassador of Barchan Architecture, hinted at more exciting projects on the horizon for HOOGAH. Homes, promising further innovations in the East and South regions.

As Brook House emerges as a beacon of architectural fusion, it signifies a new era where tradition meets modernity, setting a precedent for sophisticated living spaces that seamlessly blend cultural heritage with contemporary aesthetics.
