Real estate forum highlights strategies in project selling

The Manila Board of Realtors Inc., the first and premier real estate association in the Philippines and in Asia, is holding a weeklong forum that features top industry practitioners who will discuss strategies on how to thrive in condominium project selling in the Philippines amid the challenging environment. 

The 2022 Manila Real Estate Forum, happening on November 3 to 9, 2022, revolves around the theme "Thrive in Project Selling" which refers to promoting and selling a project built by developers. Speakers in the first two days of the forum include Andy Mañalac, chairman and co-founder of Havitas and founder of Real Estate News Philipines; Dioscoro Garing Jr., founder and CEO of JGPS; Eric Manalo, motivational speaker and owner of EIM Consulting; and Ralph Villamor, deputy sales head of SM Development Corporation.

Mañalac, the speaker on the second day will expound on management practices that are crucial in "Growing and Sustaining a High-Performing Project Selling Team" on November 4 at 1:30 p.m. while Garing will share tips on "Turning Arguments into Agreement" or handling objections on November 3 at 10 a.m.

Manalo will discuss the "Mindset and Attitue of True Project Selling Champions" on November at 1:30 p.m., while Villamor will talk about "Bulk-Selling Philippine Condominiums to Foreigners" on November 4 at 10 a.m.
