Gordon Ramsay restaurant to open at Newport World Resorts 

Newport World Resorts is set to elevate the dining scene in the Philippines with the opening of its first Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill this month, marking a significant milestone for both the resort and the internationally acclaimed chef. Travellers International, the leisure and tourism division of Andrew Tan’s Alliance Global Group Inc., will host the new restaurant at its Newport World Resorts.

The announcement comes after Travellers International chairman Kevin Tan and renowned chef Gordon Ramsay met in Macao to finalize the details of the new venture. The Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill Philippines will make its debut at Newport World Resorts, promising to bring a touch of world-class culinary excellence to the country.

Located on the second floor of the Newport Grand Wing, the new restaurant will occupy 400 square meters and accommodate up to 100 guests. Its strategic location near Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 is expected to attract a diverse clientele, including discerning diners from across the region.

Tan expressed his enthusiasm for the project, noting, “Having personally met Chef Ramsay at The Londoner in Macao, his larger-than-life personality and our shared enthusiasm in opening one of the most sought-after restaurants in the culinary world, strengthens our position as the most multifaceted integrated resort in the country.” He added that the new restaurant aligns with Newport World Resorts' commitment to providing elevated dining experiences.

The Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill Philippines will feature British classics, including Ramsay's iconic Beef Wellington, perfectly grilled steaks, fresh market seafood, and a variety of sides and desserts. The restaurant will also offer a high-end bar experience with a selection of fine wines, premium spirits, and expertly crafted cocktails.

Newport World Resorts, which first opened its doors as the pioneer integrated resort in the Philippines in 2009, continues to expand its offerings. The addition of Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill underscores the resort’s dedication to delivering exceptional dining and entertainment experiences to its guests.
