Pueblo de Oro recognized Developer of the Decade for Mindanao

Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation (PDO) was recognized by the Chamber of Real Estate & Builders' Associations, Inc. (CREBA) as one of the Best of the Best in Philippine Real Estate & Housing Development during the 2023 CREBA Pillar Awards.

The company was named Developer of the Decade for Mindanao (Mixed-Use and Township Category) for being one of the pillars of growth in transforming Mindanao and contributing to the region’s economic development. The Pueblo de Oro Township is a 400-hectare master-planned development in Cagayan de Oro City with all the amenities of modern-day living.

The CREBA Developer of the Decade Award is an exemplary mark of excellence that celebrates the highest level of achievement in real estate development. The special recognition is granted to real estate developers who have demonstrated meritorious service and achieved distinction in the industry in the last ten years.
