Azela Torrefranca Esponilla Honor emerges as a beacon of excellence in Philippine real estate—...
A group of top U.S.-based real estate professionals, developers, and investors will visit the Philippines from August 28 to September 6, 2025, as part of a historic international trade mission organized by AREAA Greater Chicago and AREAA San Diego.
The mission, which will cover Manila, Cebu, and Palawan, is aimed at exploring investment and development opportunities in the country’s rapidly growing real estate sector. The initiative includes a series of global exchange forums, guided property tours, networking events, and cultural excursions.
According to the organizers, the forums will feature discussions on market trends, investment strategies, lending programs, and retirement opportunities in the Philippines. Forums are scheduled in both Manila and Cebu, with confirmed participation from leading developers, bankers, and investors.
The itinerary includes visits to projects by major developers such as Arthaland, Shang Properties, and Ayala Land, offering delegates firsthand insights into the Philippine property landscape.
Delegates will also participate in cultural activities, with excursions to Malacañang Palace, Intramuros, Taal Volcano, and Coron in Palawan, alongside stays in premier hotels including Makati Shangri-La, Seda Cebu, Discovery Shores, and Conrad Manila.
The Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA)—the largest Asian American real estate organization in the U.S. with more than 19,000 members across 44 chapters—is behind the event. Founded in 2003, AREAA focuses on promoting sustainable homeownership in Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) communities and fostering international real estate connections.
Organizers described the trade mission as a strategic platform to strengthen ties between U.S. and Philippine real estate markets and build long-term partnerships in the Asia-Pacific region.
