Industry leaders, policymakers, and housing advocates will gather in Baguio City from October 15 to 17, 2025 for the National Convention of the Chamber of Real Estate and Builders’ Associations, Inc. (CREBA), coinciding with National Shelter Month and the group’s 52nd anniversary.
This year’s convention adopts the theme “One Voice, One Vision, Housing for All,” underscoring the need for unity among government, developers, and stakeholders to expand access to decent and affordable housing.
CREBA national president Noel Toti M. Cariño said the theme reflects a call for collective action to ensure that every Filipino family has a safe and sustainable home. Organizing committee chair Fernando S. Tiong noted that discussions will include support for the Marcos administration’s Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program, while addressing barriers such as financing access, permitting processes, and production incentives.
“By convening industry leaders, policymakers, and advocates, CREBA seeks to amplify the housing sector’s role in national growth and social equity,” added national chair Jerry M. Navarrete.
The three-day event will also feature a housing expo that serves as a marketplace for innovation, business opportunities, and networking across the property sector.
Leading brands and developers are backing the event, with Boysen Paint, Vistaland, and Communityline Development Corp. among the top sponsors, joined by Megapines Realty, DMCI Homes, Cebulandmasters, Megaworld, RLand, Ayala Land, Robinsons Land, Sta. Lucia Land, Billion Bricks–Bayan Foundation, Pag-IBIG Fund, and others.
Organizers said the convention will reaffirm the industry’s commitment to advancing policies and partnerships that can bridge the housing gap and turn the vision of “Housing for All” into reality.
