New Ayala tower nears P8 billion in pre-launch sales

Ayala Land Premier's Laurean Residences, a new luxury development, has generated nearly P8 billion in sales ahead of its official launch, indicating strong demand in the country's premium residential market.

The 65-story residential tower is the flagship project of Dela Rosa Gardens, a 1.3-hectare mixed-use district in Makati. The masterplan includes the new BPI headquarters and a 2,700-sqm urban park. The development is located near Ayala Triangle Gardens, Greenbelt, and One Ayala.

The tower will feature 388 residences ranging from 72-sqm suites to 402-sqm four-bedroom homes. According to Ayala Land Premier, more than half a hectare of the development is allocated for amenities, including pools, private dining rooms, a wine lounge, spa facilities, a cinema, and a sky garden. The property will be managed by Ayala Land Hospitality.

"The market response to Laurean Residences has been exceptional, and it validates the strength of Makati as the country's premier address," said Mike Jugo, president and CEO of Ayala Land Premier.

The project follows the company's Park Villas development in 2023.
