Mañalac highlighted the delegation’s mission to encourage overseas Filipinos to consider the Philippines for property investments, citing the country's favorable growth, strong property values, and expanding tourism sector.

The going trend on Leisure-themed developments in prime tourist areas that offer very good returns especially in short-term rentals was also highlighted. He noted that investing in Philippine real estate offers both financial returns and a way for Filipinos abroad to reconnect with their homeland.

Consul General Mangalile expressed his full support for CREBA’s advocacy, emphasizing that investment from overseas Filipinos could significantly contribute to the Philippines' economic development. Both parties agreed to work together in a campaign to spread the word about the promising opportunities in Philippine real estate, not only within the Filipino community in New York but throughout the entire U.S. Filipino community.
