Real estate professionals and aspirants are gearing up for the much-anticipated Oathtaking ceremony scheduled to take place at Manila Hotel on October 16, 2023, at 2:00 PM. This significant event is poised to mark the formal induction of Real Estate Appraisers and Real Estate Salespersons into the industry, emphasizing the importance of ethical practices and professionalism.

To ensure participation, inductees are urged to promptly register via the designated PRC portal at http://online.prc.gov.ph, with the registration deadline set at 12:00 NN on October 13, 2023. It is imperative for inductees to secure and bring a printed copy of the Oath Form containing their individual QR code for verification during the oathtaking ceremony, allowing them to be officially recognized as attendees.

A nominal fee will be applicable for attendance, with ticket prices set at PHP 1600 for Real Estate Appraisers, PHP 1300 for Real Estate Salespersons, and the same rate for accompanying guests. Attendees are requested to adhere to the prescribed dress code, with Filipiniana attire recommended for ladies and Barong Tagalog for gentlemen.

Ticket distribution will be facilitated exclusively at the Don Lorenzo Building, Morayta Manila, from September 29 to October 13, 2023. Notably, tickets will not be available for purchase on-site, underscoring the need for timely acquisition and preparation.
