Aurus CEO and Managing Director Ivyreene Calderon announced the company's expansion beyond Metro Manila during the celebration. A new office will be opened at the Clark Freeport Zone.

"This first year has seen Aurus exceed expectations," Calderon said. "Our expansion into industrial leasing reflects not only the Philippines' growing demand for premium warehousing and logistics facilities but also the readiness of the country's up-and-coming smart industrial hubs for multinational locators and investments."

"We're proud to be at the forefront, leading the leasing efforts for Filinvest Innovation Parks in New Clark City and Ciudad de Calamba," she said. "Our new Clark office positions us perfectly to further capitalize on the former's exciting market."

Aurus offers a comprehensive suite of real estate services, including residential sales and leasing, commercial and retail space acquisition, and industrial leasing.

With a focus on high-end properties and client satisfaction, Aurus has established itself as a trusted partner for discerning investors and businesses navigating the dynamic Philippine real estate landscape.
