Avida Land launches new tower at Makati Southpoint

Avida Land, Ayala Land's mid-market residential brand, has launched the final tower of Avida Towers Makati Southpoint, citing strong sales of its first two towers. The move underscores Makati's appeal as a residential and investment destination.

Makati remains a sought-after real estate hub due to strong demand, limited new residential supply, and investor confidence. A 2024 report by Colliers Philippines showed Makati's office vacancy rate at 8.3%, below Metro Manila's 19.8%, highlighting the city's economic strength.

Ayala Land is upgrading Makati's urban landscape with redeveloped malls, new office towers, improved parks, and expanded pedestrian connectivity. Sustainability efforts include AI-powered walkways, electric vehicle charging stations, and green spaces.

Located on Chino Roces Avenue, Avida Towers Makati Southpoint targets both investors and end-users seeking residences in a prime location. The final tower reflects demand for modern, sustainable living spaces.

"As Makati evolves, Avida remains committed to shaping its skyline with modern and sustainable developments," said Raquel Cruz, Avida Land president. "We are excited to be part of Makati's future and provide homes that enrich lives."

The final tower offers studio and one-bedroom units, ranging from 23.1 square meters to 41.9 square meters, starting at P7.1 million. The development includes co-working spaces, a jogging path, a wellness area, and leisure facilities.

Features include fewer units per floor, four high-speed elevators, LED sensor-controlled lighting, water-efficient fixtures, low solar heat gain windows, and a rainwater harvesting system.

"Avida Towers Makati Southpoint complements Makati's vision as a central business district, blending modern living with sustainability," Cruz said. "We're providing a forward-thinking lifestyle that harmonizes comfort, healthier living, and a contribution to a greener future."

Avida Land, backed by Ayala Land's 35-year development legacy, aims to enhance urban living with quality developments, modern amenities, and sustainable practices.

The final tower offers an opportunity to be part of Makati's transformation.
