DMCI Homes continues strong performance in leisure market; expands in Tuba, Benguet project

DMCI Homes is seeing continued growth in the leisure property market, with Moncello Crest in Tuba, Benguet—the company’s second project under its leisure brand, DMCI Homes Leisure Residences—posting strong reservation sales.

Launched in May 2024, 84% of the nearly 700 condotel units in the project’s first building, Blanca, have already been reserved, translating to approximately Php 4.9 billion in reservation sales.
