DoubleDragon Corp. has reached a significant milestone with its Hotel101 Global app, surpassing one million registered users. This achievement marks a key moment in the company’s aggressive expansion of its hotel portfolio.
Hotel101 Global CEO Hannah Yulo-Luccini highlighted the app’s potential to enhance the customer experience, offering a seamless process from room booking to checkout. "The HBNB app is expected to become the most efficient and easiest-to-use hotel app globally," Yulo-Luccini said, emphasizing its role in providing a consistent hotel experience across the globe.
DoubleDragon's Hotel101 operates on a dynamic pricing model, adjusting room rates based on real-time supply and demand. With the app's user base growing rapidly, the company aims for a medium-term goal of 25 million registered users across 25 countries and long-term plans to exceed 100 million users globally.
According to DoubleDragon’s co-founder, Edgar “Injap” Sia II, the goal is for the HBNB app to reach one million users in every country where Hotel101 operates. In the coming years, the company plans to expand its user base in countries such as Spain, Japan, the United States, and others.
DoubleDragon also aims to make Hotel101 the largest hotel company in the Philippines and one of the top five globally. By 2050, Hotel101 Global plans to have one million operating hotel rooms worldwide, with 50,000 of those in the Philippines.
In line with its international ambitions, DoubleDragon’s first Hotel101 projects abroad—located in Spain, Japan, and the United States—are expected to generate $471 million in foreign currency revenues. Additionally, the company anticipates that a future US listing will strengthen its financial position, supporting further global growth.
