Radisson Hotel Group is set to expand its footprint in the Philippines with the upcoming launch of the Radisson Serviced Apartments Salcedo Makati, an upscale property located in the heart of Salcedo Village, Makati. The hotel group signed a management agreement with Cactus Realty Corp. to operate the property, marking a significant milestone in its Philippine expansion.

Scheduled for opening in 2026, Radisson Serviced Apartments Salcedo Makati will be the group’s first Radisson-branded hotel in the country and its first upscale serviced apartment offering in Metro Manila. This new addition will bring Radisson Hotel Group’s total portfolio in the Philippines to 16 properties under development and in operation.

The new serviced apartments will feature 162 spacious, contemporary units designed to cater to corporate and long-stay guests. With a prime location in one of Makati's vibrant financial and cultural districts, the apartments will provide easy access to multinational headquarters, major banks, embassies, shopping centers, and entertainment venues.

Guests at Radisson Serviced Apartments Salcedo Makati will be able to enjoy a variety of amenities, including a contemporary dining outlet offering a mix of local and international cuisine, flexible meeting spaces for business and social events, a state-of-the-art gym, and a pool for relaxation. The property is designed to offer a high level of comfort and convenience for those seeking extended stays.

Cactus Realty Corp. Vice President Denise Liueson expressed excitement about the partnership with Radisson Hotel Group, noting that the group’s global reach and expertise will elevate the standards of the property and open new market opportunities.

Radisson Hotel Group’s Chief Development Officer for APAC, Ramzy Fenianos, highlighted the company’s commitment to the Philippine market, emphasizing that this new serviced apartment offering represents a key step in Radisson’s long-term growth in the region. The group also plans to develop more properties in key Philippine cities in the coming years.
