Experts to discuss 2023 realty trends in NREA meet

To provide industry stakeholders insights from last year’s property performance as guide for their informed business decisions this year, experts will discuss the 2023 Real Estate Trends.

This will be during the Online Business Meeting of the National Real Estate Association, Inc. (NREA) on February 15, 2023.

The First NREA Business Meeting this year will be livestreamed over Zoom and Facebook from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.

Mr. Jeffrey S. Bongat, NREA Public Relations Officer, said, in a statement, that the guests are Mr. Anurag Verma, Chief Executive Officer of Lamudi Philippines; Hon. Rafael M. Fajardo, Board Member of the Professional Regulatory Board for Real Estate Services (PRBRES); and Atty. Angelito F. Aguila, OIC-Director of HREDRB, Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD).

Lamudi’s  Mr. Verma will speak on 2023 Real Estate Trends while Hon. Rafael Fajardo will discuss PRBRES Policy Updates, Continuing Professional Development, including new developments on the choice of an Accredited and Integrated Professional Organization (AIPO) for the real estate service.

On the other hand, Atty. Aguila will delve on DHSUD’s Real Estate Development Policy Updates, Mr. Bongat cited.

Holding regular Business Meetings and Industry Forums in one of the year-round NREA activities outlined during its First Board Meeting and Planning Session.

For her part, Ms. Ruth Marie C. Atienza, NREA National President, announced that NREA’s four major thrusts this year are Network Expansion; promoting industry Engagements; boosting real estate Advocacy and business advocacy.

NREA also conducts housing industry Exhibits; Continuing Professional Development Seminars for Real Estate Practitioners.

The forum is free to participants.

Board Chairlady, Imelda C. Magtoto, informed the press that NREA Officers and Advisers will be inducted by DHSUD Secretary Jose Rizalino “Jerry” Acuzar, and will have a traditional meet-and-greet Courtesy Call on February 15, 2023, to discuss certain urgent housing issues.
