Haus Talk acquires National Steel property in Rizal

Home developer Haus Talk Inc. (HTI) has completed its acquisition of the former National Steel property in Antipolo, Rizal.

The transaction will substantially expand HTI's land portfolio and reinforce its vision to become a recognized property developer delivering "value for money" residential real estate projects in prime locations, it said in a statement.

The newly-acquired property will be HTI's next flagship development in the Rizal area. Expected to commence by the fourth quarter of 2025, the expansive project is projected to yield about 1,500 units and generate revenues of about P4.9 billion.

The design for the upcoming development will be benchmarked against The Granary in Biñan, Laguna, a community of quality homes, amenities and landscaped surroundings. The new property will also include commercial spaces alongside the residential community.

"This acquisition underscores Haus Talk Inc.'s aggressive strategy to bolster our land bank and solidify our position as a dominant force in the affordable housing sector," said HTI president and chief executive Ma. Rachel Madlambayan.

"Antipolo remains a highly sought-after location due to its terrain, climate, and provincial feel, all while offering excellent accessibility to Metro Manila. We are confident that this new project will not only address the pressing demand for quality affordable housing but also contribute significantly to our long-term growth and profitability," she said.

This strategic expansion into Antipolo leverages Haus Talk's established reputation for delivering quality homes at accessible prices in the area. This also represents a crucial step in HTI's commitment to delivering superior housing solutions and continues its trajectory of addressing the nation's housing gap.

With a focus on delivering value for money and enhancing communities, HTI continues to expand its footprint and contribute to addressing the housing needs of Filipinos.
