RLC Residences introduces first tower of Mira Condo Complex in Cubao

RLC Residences has unveiled the inaugural tower of its four-tower Mira condominium complex in the vibrant district of Cubao, Quezon City.

Designed with a Nordic-inspired aesthetic tailored for young families, Mira's first tower stands tall with 27 floors of low zones and five floors of high zones, accommodating 17 and 13 units per floor respectively.

Strategically located near prominent landmarks such as Gateway Mall, the Technological Institute of the Philippines, and World Citi Medical Center, Mira offers residents convenient access to essential amenities and services.

Stephanie Anne C. Go, RLC Residences Business Development and Design Head, shared insights during the launch event, announcing the imminent launch of the second tower in the fourth quarter of 2030.

Benefiting from its proximity to transportation hubs like the Light Rail Transit Line 2 and Metro Rail Transit Line 3, Mira ensures seamless connectivity for its residents.

Outdoor amenities abound, featuring a multipurpose court, pet park, pools, glamping nooks, and garden gazebos, fostering a sense of community and relaxation amidst urban living.

Indoor facilities cater to various lifestyle needs, including a residential lounge, business center function room, dance studio, and private theater, enhancing the overall living experience.

Mira offers diverse unit options, ranging from studios to one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, with or without balconies, spanning 26.5 to 78 square meters (sq.m.).

John Richard B. Sotelo, RLC Residences Chief Marketing Officer, highlighted the spaciousness of Mira's studio units, surpassing industry standards to cater to starter families.

Emphasizing adaptability, Mira introduces convertible or flexible units, anticipating the evolving needs of families. These units can be combined or split, offering flexibility to accommodate changing family dynamics.

The initial project to feature convertible units, Mira sets a precedent for future developments, with plans to replicate this innovative concept in subsequent towers and projects.

Unit prices at Mira start at P5.7 million for studios, P8.7 million for one-bedroom units, and P10.7 million for compact two-bedroom units. The largest unit is priced at P15.7 million, offering a range of options to suit diverse preferences and lifestyles.
