Height Realty Inc. confirmed that land development for its premier residential project, Southlinks Estate, is proceeding on schedule and is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2026.
During a recent media briefing, company President and CEO Kevin Kristopher K. Wong said the estate’s current pricing offers attractive value for early investors, especially given its premium location and amenities. Priced at %u20B1150,000 per square meter, Southlinks Estate remains below the market rates in nearby upscale communities like Ayala Alabang Village.
“Once development is completed, we expect valuations to move closer to neighboring benchmarks,” Wong said, noting the potential upside for buyers entering at this stage.
Located along Southvale Drive in Las Piñas and bordering Muntinlupa and Parañaque, the 33.6-hectare property features 336 residential lots across 31 blocks. About 40 percent of the land is reserved for open and green spaces, including a 490-meter linear park that the company says will be the longest of its kind in Metro Manila.
Southlinks Estate will feature a 1.4-hectare clubhouse, co-working hubs, indoor and outdoor sports facilities, and wellness areas. It also includes modern infrastructure such as underground utilities, RFID-secured access, and high-definition CCTV coverage.
Wong emphasized the estate’s commitment to sustainability, adding that all infrastructure complies with BERDE (Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence) standards. “Southlinks is not only about aesthetics and space. It’s about long-term value creation for investors and residents alike,” he said.
Strategically located, the estate offers access to more than 120 schools, hospitals, malls, and commercial areas within a five-kilometer radius, including Alabang Town Center.
Wong also shared that Height Realty secured a credit facility from the Philippine Bank of Communications (PBCom) to further support the project’s construction. He added that early sales momentum and market response have been strong, confirming growing demand for sustainable, well-located communities.
