Vertis North in Quezon City blends home, work and leisure

A new type of city living is emerging in Quezon City through the development of Vertis North—a 29-hectare mixed-use estate masterplanned to offer a seamless experience of home, work, wellness, and recreation. Located in the North Triangle growth area, the project is led by Ayala Land and represents its largest integrated estate in northern Metro Manila.

The district features a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, office, and leisure spaces. Residential developments by Ayala Land subsidiaries Avida and Alveo include towers such as Vita, Sola, High Park, and Orean Place. These offer a range of unit sizes, with designs focused on young professionals and starting families.

Vertis North is also a key business hub, hosting office buildings like One Vertis Plaza, and offering connectivity to EDSA and MRT-3 via North Avenue. Its pedestrian-friendly layout, open parks, and proximity to Ayala Malls Vertis North and Trinoma further reinforce its vision of a “15-minute city”—where daily essentials are accessible by foot.

More than 25% of the estate is dedicated to open green spaces, including the Vertis North Gardens and landscaped promenades. A LEED-certified Seda Hotel also anchors the estate’s hospitality offerings, while biophilic design principles are embedded in several of its structures.

Future plans for the area include expanded transport integration with the Metro Manila Subway and MRT-7, both under development, further boosting the location’s accessibility. With limited available land in Quezon City and continued demand for high-quality urban space, Vertis North is positioned as a key model for integrated, sustainable development.
