Always try to verify the identity of the agent you are dealing with. Check their online profile. If you type their name and check if they are registered sa PRC, may lalabas ba na information?
Check mo din ang background ng developer. Remember, if you are investing in preselling properties, you are basically putting your trust to the developer to deliver. And until the unit is delivered, you cannot be complacent.
At pag may problem sa preselling projects, like misrepresentation or delay ng turnover, you have DHSUD to help you settle any issue with the developer.
