IWG, Mabalacat Prime Land Realty to open Regus Centre in Pampanga

The International Workplace Group (IWG), a global leader in hybrid working solutions, has partnered with Mabalacat Prime Land Realty and Development Corporation to launch a new Regus centre at Skytech IT Park in Mabalacat, Pampanga. Set to open on January 27, 2025, this collaboration aims to address the growing demand for flexible workspaces in the region.

The new Regus centre will provide state-of-the-art facilities, including private offices, coworking spaces, and meeting rooms. It is strategically located along McArthur Highway, making it an ideal choice for businesses seeking accessibility and connectivity in Central Luzon.

“This partnership reflects our shared commitment to driving regional growth and providing businesses with the tools they need to succeed,” said Katarina Sy, Sales and Finance Director of Mabalacat Prime Land Realty.

Lars Wittig, Senior Vice President for APAC North at IWG, emphasized the role of the centre in advancing hybrid work solutions. “As demand for flexible workspaces continues to rise, we are proud to support businesses with cost-effective and scalable options that enhance efficiency,” Wittig said.

The Mabalacat expansion forms part of IWG’s broader strategy to strengthen its presence in the Philippines, where it currently operates 33 centres. By offering innovative solutions, IWG continues to cater to the needs of businesses of all sizes, from startups to Fortune 500 companies.

Mark Dixon, CEO of IWG, highlighted the significance of this launch. “Our opening in Mabalacat aligns with the rising trend of hybrid work, enabling businesses to scale operations while boosting productivity and sustainability,” he stated.
