Pueblo de Oro Named Pag-IBIG Top Developer in South Luzon for 8th Consecutive Year

Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation (PDO) has once again earned a spot among Pag-IBIG Fund’s Top 10 Developers in South Luzon, reaffirming its reputation as a leading contributor to housing development in the region.

The recognition was awarded during the recent Stakeholders’ Accomplishment Report (StAR) Awards held at Conrad Manila in Pasay City. The annual event highlights the Home Development Mutual Fund’s (HDMF or Pag-IBIG Fund) achievements and acknowledges the outstanding performance of its partners and stakeholders.

This marks the eighth consecutive year — since 2018 — that Pueblo de Oro Batangas has received the distinction. In 2024 alone, the developer recorded %u20B1595 million in housing loan takeouts with Pag-IBIG Fund.

“We are deeply honored to be recognized once again as one of the Top Developers in South Luzon, reaffirming our commitment to supporting the mission of the Pag-IBIG Fund,” said Prim Nolido, PDO President and COO. “As we celebrate our 30th anniversary, this accolade inspires us to continue expanding our portfolio of sustainable and inclusive communities for Filipino families.”

Pueblo de Oro, a member of the ICCP Group, has significantly invested in Batangas, launching developments such as Park Place Batangas and La Aldea del Monte in Sto. Tomas City, and the mixed-use township PDO Townscapes Malvar in the municipality of Malvar.

More recently, the company unveiled two new eco-conscious projects — PDO Courtyards Lipa in Lipa City and PDO Westwoods Heights in Batangas City — further demonstrating its commitment to sustainable and inclusive community-building across the province.

Pag-IBIG Fund CEO Marilene C. Acosta and Trustee Ireneo V. Vizmonte were among the officials who presented the award. Representing PDO at the ceremony were top executives including President & COO Prim Nolido, Senior Operations Managers Engr. Mario Mallari and Jannette Ferreria, and Sales Documentation team leaders.

The award underscores PDO’s role in helping address the country’s housing needs while supporting the government's efforts to expand access to affordable homeownership through the Pag-IBIG Fund.
