He has carved more than 30 years of Real estate practice and as professor / dean of leading universities in Metro Manila.

A well-known Professor / Lecturer in Business Management, Public Administration and Real Estate Management fields in Local and International settings. An active member and officer of almost all the real estate Organizations in the Philippines.

He is the only professional that I know personally who has 8 Doctorate Degrees and still working on his 9th. Dr. Eduardo G. Ong’s academic credentials include a BS Commerce Degree, MBA Degree and a Ph.D Degree in Commerce from the University of Sto. Tomas. He also holds an (LLB) law degree from the same university.

Dean Ong has earned eight (8) Doctorate Degrees to his credit: (4 earned; 4 honorary degrees) Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) major in commerce - Magna Cum Laude Doctor of Public Administration (DPA) - Academic Excellence Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) - Academic Excellence. 

Doctor Fellow in Real Estate Management given by the Royal Institution, Singapore Doctor Fellow in Management by the Royal Institution, Singapore Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) major in International Relations given by Universidad Panamericana, Macau, China. 

Doctor Fellow in Property Management given by the Academy of Multi-Skills, United Kingdom Doctor of Philosophy in Humanities major in Public Service and Community Development major awarded by Brethen School.

Currenly, Dr. Ong is completing his dissertation requirements for his 9th Doctorate Degree, Ph.D in Criminology.

Recipient of more than 500 awards and citations prominently the Most Outstanding Alumnus of the University of Santo Tomas Graduate School and College of Commerce, Outstanding Citizen of Malabon, Outstanding Father of the Year and REALTOR of the year, Diplomate in Real Estate Management, Diplomate in Business Education, Fellow in People Management, among others.

Dr. Ong has written and published six (6) books on Real Estate Management, Economics, Research Methodology, Marketing Management, Sociology and Asian Civilization.

He is the First Chairman of the Professional Regulatory Board of Real Estate Service (PRBRES) under the administrative control of the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC); First Chairman of the Continuing Professional Development Council (CPD); a two-term president of the Philippine Association of Professional Regulatory Board members (PAPRB); member of the Technical Working Group (TWG) on International Relation and Linkages of PRC.

Dr. Ong is holder of the PRC Licenses No. 0001 for Broker, Appraiser and Consultant.

He was a former board member of Technical Education and Development Authority (TESDA), and was chairman of the Technical Panel for Real Estate Management of Commission on Higher Education (CHED), member for 10 years of the Technical Panel of Business Management Education, presently the Chairman for Education of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI).

A public relation practitioner, a TV anchor and teleradyo host on the shows called Entre-pinoy, Pilipinas Ngayon, Negosyo Kabuhayan Atbp. and recently Usapang Lupa at Negosyo sa Pilipinas Ngayon Na at DWIZ 882 and Ikonsulta mo kay Doc E.G, aired every Sunday, via Facebook Live and Youtube Live.

Dr. Ong is currently the President and CEO of the EdwardKing Global Consultants Inc. engaged in the busines of Real Estate Marketing, Training, Development, Public and Media Relations.

Dr. Ong is recognized by media and other professional organizations as the ackowledged Father of the Philippine Real Estate Service and likewise the Father of "Good Morning Real Estate", a greeting accorded to the Real Estate Professionals signifying that it will always be SUNSHINE in the Real Estate Industry.

Dr. Ong is currently the Dean of the College of Real Estate Management of the Lyceum of Alabang, consistent producers of topnotchers and high percentage of passing in the PRC Licensure Examinations for Brokers and Appraisers.

Just this September 2020, Dr. Ong was recognized by the Philippine Regulatory Commission as the Most Outstanding Professional in the field of Real Estate Service.
