Golden MV Holdings acquiring 397 hectares of prime land

The Villar family’s Golden MV Holdings is acquiring 397 hectares of prime land in Villar City, a major development near Manila. The company plans to build homes, businesses, and other amenities on the land, transforming it into a thriving urban center.

The purchase of the land, which amounts to about P5.2 billion, represents a significant investment in Villar City. The development, spanning 3,500 hectares, aims to redefine urban living by combining economic, lifestyle, cultural, and leisure activities.

Golden MV’s acquisition of the land strengthens its role in the Villar City project. The company will now have access to a substantial portion of the development’s land, allowing it to play a key role in shaping its future.

Plans for Villar City include two golf courses, a church, an events arena, a university, and an entertainment complex. The development is expected to attract residents and businesses, creating jobs and boosting the local economy. Villar City will be a vital hub for future investments in the area.

Under the plan, Golden MV will focus on developing Villar City, while Villar’s property firm Vista Land & Lifescapes Inc. will continue to develop its own land bank through Vista Estates across the country. The collaboration between the two companies will ensure sustainable urban growth and improve the quality of life for residents.
