Century Properties unveils 2 new residential projects

Century Properties Group (CPG) is set to launch two new residential projects in the first half of 2024 amid the rebound in the Philippine property market.

The company will start "The Hotel Residences at Acqua," a new development within its Acqua Private Residences project in Mandaluyong City.

The project offers move-in ready, fully furnished suites with hotel-style amenities, completing the current residential offerings within Acqua.

Situated atop the newly opened Novotel Suites Manila at Acqua, the residences provide convenient access to the hotel's facilities.

Acqua Private Residences is a 2.4-hectare development comprising six high-rise buildings.

CPG will also launch its first mid-rise residential development, Azure North Residences, in San Fernando, Pampanga.

Offering 375 units, the project is located near major shopping malls, commercial establishments, and the Clark International Airport, catering to those seeking a summer retreat.

Drawing inspiration from the famed Azure brand, the 12-story development will include a unique multi-feature water park, adding a resort-like atmosphere to condominium living.

Azure North itself is a resort-oriented development featuring an urban man-made beach with a white sand lagoon, wave and lap pools, and an exclusive Azure Beach Clubhouse.
