The Center for Global Best Practices will host a two-session training program titled “Condominium Law of the Philippines” on July 17 and 18, from 1:30 to 4:45 p.m. via Zoom, according to a report by Philippine Star.

This program will guide unit owners, condominium association, investors, landowners, contractors, property developers, brokers and lawyers on condominium-related issues such as property development, ownership and leasing to construction, property management, maintenance, quarrels among condominium association directors and members, among others.

It will also provide valuable information needed to handle potential legal disputes and dealing with adjudication bodies. Discussion will cover topics such as ownership rights, transfer, leasing, dissolution of condominiums, condominium associations, recent amendments to the Condominium Act, revised regulations, solutions and remedies to condominium-related issues, and Supreme Court decisions.

He wrote thousands of decisions on real property development, housing and land use issues under the jurisdiction of HLURB. He is an authority on legal matters pertaining to housing development, management and administration.

The training is highly recommended for condominium owners and association officers, real estate developers, property administrators and managers, real estate agents and brokers, contractors and service providers, lawyers and consultants, investors and financial institutions involved in real estate sector, government officials in charge of condominium oversight and anyone interested in the topic.
