Parklinks to be Metro Manila's greenest estate

The C-5 corridor in Metro Manila is undergoing a green transformation with the development of Parklinks, a 35-hectare estate by Ayala Land Inc. and Eton Properties Philippines Inc.

Positioned as the metro area's greenest urban development, Parklinks will dedicate 50 percent of its land to open spaces, setting a new benchmark for sustainability in mixed-use estates.

A 50-50 joint venture under ALI Eton Property Development Corp, Parklinks spans Quezon City and Pasig and is strategically located along E. Rodriguez Jr. Avenue (C-5). It offers connectivity to Ortigas, Bonifacio Global City and Makati, and provides access to nearby residential communities and commercial districts.

Commercial activity is expected to increase with the upcoming opening of the Parklinks Mall, a retail development with a total floor area of 115,000 square meters that will serve as the estate's lifestyle and community hub. Developed by ALI Eton Property Development Corp and operated by Ayala Malls, the mall will feature dining, wellness and lifestyle options, with a Central Plaza designed to host community events. Above the mall, an office tower will offer workspaces for businesses seeking a sustainable and accessible environment.

Central to the estate’s design is a network of green spaces and active areas, including a three-hectare Central Park, a riverside Eco Esplanade and the Green Spine, which connects open areas with commercial, residential and recreational zones. These will be supported by jogging paths, bike lanes and tree-lined walkways that promote wellness, mobility and urban biodiversity.

Recent infrastructure developments, such as the opening of Dr. Lucio Tan Sr. Avenue and the completion of the Parklinks Bridge – a 110-meter bridge over the Marikina River – have improved accessibility within and beyond the estate. The bridge also includes dedicated lanes for pedestrians and cyclists, reinforcing Parklinks’ commitment to sustainable mobility.

In the residential sector, Parklinks will offer vertical communities with a balance of modern living and access to green spaces.

Ayala Land Premier’s Parklinks North and South Towers, currently under development, are designed for homeowners seeking city living with space and views. The North Tower will offer 280 units across 55 floors, while the South Tower will have 313 units, both with direct access to Parklinks Mall and the Eco Esplanade. Each tower will feature large residences with floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies overlooking the river and skyline.

Complementing these is Alveo Land’s The Lattice, a 43-story vertical community located across from the Central Park. It will offer 537 units ranging from studio to four-bedroom configurations. The Lattice aims to provide parkside city living and incorporates sustainable features such as rainwater harvesting, energy-efficient lighting and compliance with the Philippine Green Building Code.

To further establish Parklinks as a complete community, the estate will also host the new campus of the Multiple Intelligence International School (MIIS) by the 2026-2027 school year. Designed for up to 1,400 students, the internationally accredited institution is expected to enhance Parklinks’ appeal to families seeking quality education in a green and connected environment.

All residential towers and estate-wide facilities adhere to green building principles and feature energy- and water-saving technologies such as low-emissivity glass, natural ventilation in common areas, centralized materials recovery facilities and low-consumption lighting and plumbing fixtures.

With Parklinks Mall nearing completion, new residential towers under construction and key infrastructure in place, Parklinks is developing into Metro Manila’s model for a greener, healthier and more sustainable estate. As demand for wellness and livability increases across the region, Parklinks offers a potential path for responsible urban development in one of the country’s most densely populated areas.
