AI-powered platform simplifies PH home buying for global Filipinos

A new AI-powered property platform aimed at helping overseas Filipinos acquire homes in the Philippines was recently launched in the United States, marking a significant step in digital real estate innovation.

The platform, Bahai Deals, was unveiled by Talino Venture Studios during a soft launch at the Philippine Trade and Investment Center in Los Angeles. Developed in partnership with major Philippine banks and property developers, Bahai Deals is designed to streamline the home buying and financing process for global Filipinos—starting with those in North America.

“This is a free platform that allows Filipinos abroad to access verified property listings, secure financing, and connect with agents—all in one seamless digital experience,” said Winston Damarillo, president and CEO of Talino Venture Studios. “We want to help our kababayans finally realize their dream of owning a home back in the Philippines.”

Bahai Deals integrates artificial intelligence to deliver personalized property matches based on a buyer’s preferences, lifestyle, and budget. It also enables a fully digital transaction process—from browsing listings to mortgage approval—backed by Philippine banking giants such as BDO, BPI, RCBC, Chinabank, and PNB.

With nearly 60,000 units listed from developers including SMDC, Robinsons Land, Arthaland, Phirst Park Homes, and Eton Properties, Bahai Deals offers one of the largest digital inventories of pre-vetted properties in the country.

The initiative is aligned with broader efforts to promote inclusive economic growth and digital transformation, echoing the Marcos administration’s Bagong Pilipinas vision.

Department of Trade and Industry Secretary Ma. Christina Roque lauded the launch, describing it as “a future-ready tool for global Filipinos to contribute to nation-building through real estate investments.”

Department of Science and Technology (DOST) Secretary Renato Solidum Jr. also expressed support, noting that DOST will integrate its “Hazard Hunter” tool into Bahai Deals to help users make informed property decisions based on natural hazard data.

Consul General Adelio Angelito Cruz of the Philippine Consulate in Los Angeles said the platform addresses long-standing pain points for Filipinos trying to invest in Philippine real estate.

“Bahai Deals has the potential to change the game for millions of Filipinos in the U.S. who want to invest back home but often find the process complex and inaccessible,” Cruz said.

According to Talino, the platform is set to expand its reach across North America with future plans to roll out in other global regions with large Filipino communities.
