Hexaware expands with new hub in Manila

Hexaware Technologies Ltd. has announced the opening of its second delivery center in Manila as part of its ongoing expansion in the Philippines. This new facility, situated in Bonifacio Global City, is set to enhance the company’s ability to offer digital transformation and operational solutions across various industries and regions.

Gopinath Manian, Senior Vice President for BPS at Hexaware, highlighted that the Manila hub will focus on delivering customer service, IT support, and help desk functions. “We are excited to inaugurate our new office in Manila. The Philippines' skilled talent pool and service-oriented culture perfectly align with our mission to provide exceptional customer experiences,” he said.

Bennet Kumar, Global Head for BPS at Hexaware, noted that this expansion would enable the company to better scale its operations to meet growing customer demand. “The new center supports our growth strategy and strengthens our ability to assist our clients while maintaining our dedication to quality,” Kumar added.

Amrinder Singh, Corporate Vice President and Head of Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific Operations at Hexaware, emphasized that the Manila hub is a strategic component of their broader growth plan. The new office will contribute to increasing Hexaware’s workforce and bolstering its presence in the Asia Pacific region. The company’s first Manila office is located in the Clark Freeport Zone in Pampanga.

Hexaware, which operates 50 offices across 19 countries, continues to support global enterprises in their digital transformation journey by partnering with them to build, transform, run, and optimize their technology and business processes.
