AirAsia PH books over 500,000 flights for April, May 

Forward bookings for April and May have reached over 500,000, low-cost airline AirAsia Philippines said in a report by Philippine News Agency.

AirAsia said Boracay was the top destination among the domestic routes booked.

High demand was also seen for Cebu, Tagbilaran, Palawan, and Iloilo.

Internationally, Taipei, Taiwan and Narita, Japan lead the popular booked destinations.

In time for the Holy Week and summer getaway, the carrier is offering a seat sale for as low as PHP44 one-way base fare, from March 31 to April 6, for travel from March 31 to Sept. 30, 2025.

"Coupled with a lower fuel surcharge cost for the month of April, there’s no stopping from making that memorable trip, affordable and within reach," AirAsia Philippines spokesperson Steve Dailisan said as quoted in a news release.

AirAsia, meanwhile, said over 400,000 seats are covered by the seat sale.
