PHirst Park Homes, the first-home brand of Century Properties Group, is set to debut in Mindanao with a %u20B15.3-billion residential community in General Santos City, marking a major milestone in its nationwide expansion.
Located in Barangay Baluan, PHirst Park Homes GenSan spans 25 hectares and is designed to deliver over 2,000 homes. The site enjoys direct access via the Sarangani-Davao del Sur Coastal Road, strategically positioning it to capture General Santos’ rapid urban and economic growth.
The development will offer two house models: Amani, a townhouse with a 36-square-meter floor area on 44–60.5 sqm lots priced between %u20B11.8 million and %u20B12.1 million; and Dua, a single-attached unit with a 48-sqm floor area on a typical 77-sqm lot starting at %u20B12.8 million. Both designs are expandable to meet the needs of growing families.
Staying true to its “a home in a park, and a park in a home” brand promise, the project integrates open green spaces with modern amenities. Plans include parks, playgrounds, and community facilities to encourage recreation and togetherness, while ensuring a secure and family-friendly environment.
“PHirst’s expansion in Mindanao directly reflects our vision to empower Filipino families with access to quality homes,” said Ricky M. Celis, President and CEO of PHirst Park Homes. “We see this as more than just an investment—it’s an opportunity to help shape the future of a dynamic, emerging frontier.”
The project builds on PHirst’s regional push, following its 2023 entry into the Visayas through PHirst Park Homes Bacolod, a 16-hectare community designed to deliver nearly 1,500 homes. That development is on track to welcome its first homeowners by August 2025.
Mindanao has been gaining traction as a new investment frontier, fueled by massive infrastructure spending, including the upcoming Mindanao Railway Project. This project, alongside strong local growth, is expected to create new economic corridors and drive greater housing demand—making affordable housing developments like PHirst’s entry timely and essential.
PHirst Park Homes currently operates 31 active projects across Luzon and the Visayas, with developments in Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Quezon Province, Bulacan, Pampanga, Bataan, Nueva Ecija, and Bacolod City. The brand is backed by the Century Properties Group and is anchored on its pillars of Complete Homes, Conceptive Amenities, Connected Essentials, and Convenient Buying Experience.
With its maiden project in General Santos, PHirst is steadily advancing toward its vision of a truly nationwide presence—delivering affordable, quality homes and building communities where Filipino families can dwell, create, and thrive.
