Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) and Japan's NTT Urban Development (NTTUD) Asia have launched The Wave Towers, a P9.2-billion premium residential project in Cebu IT Park, one of the country's top IT economic zones outside Metro Manila.
The joint venture, CLI NUD Ventures, also unveiled The Wave Towers showroom, which is now open to the public, offering a glimpse of the project's features and model units.
The Wave Towers marks the first project from this partnership and CLI's inaugural international joint venture. NTTUD, the real estate arm of Japan's NTT Group, has a global presence that includes New York, London, Boston, Melbourne, and Tokyo.
The collaboration highlights confidence in CLI's track record, bringing international credibility and long-term investment value to the project.
Inspired by Japanese design philosophy and incorporating Cebuano craftsmanship, The Wave Towers aims to introduce a serene and prestigious lifestyle to one of Cebu's most dynamic business districts.
"With The Wave Towers, we're setting a new standard for Cebu's urban living, where design meets cultural respect and harmony," said Jose Soberano III, CLI chairman and CEO.
"This vision is made possible through our partnership with NTT UD Asia, blending their global design expertise with our local insight to create homes that reflect purpose and lasting value," he said.
The Wave Towers will feature two residential buildings, starting with the 40-storey Nagomi Tower. "Nagomi" is a Japanese word meaning "harmony" or "calm." The first tower will offer 709 premium residential units with minimalist interiors, clean lines, neutral tones, and modern furnishings. These include smart digital locksets, intercoms, TOTO (or equivalent) bathroom fixtures, and LVT flooring in bedrooms.
The development offers two floors of amenities. The sixth-floor amenity deck includes a pool complex with a sauna and spa, a fitness center, a Japanese garden, a kids' play area, and a game room. On the 37th floor, the Sky Amenity Deck features a lounge library, wellness gym, and an open-air sky deck with views. Retail spaces on the ground and podium levels will provide dining options. Wide corridors, five elevators, and full backup power are also included.
The Wave Towers offers a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units.
The Wave Towers showroom is located on India Street, Cebu I.T. Park.
