Clark Airport seeks bidder for 2-hectare mega service station

The Clark International Airport Corp. (CIAC) is seeking bids for the development of a 2-hectare mega service station near the Clark International Airport in Pampanga.

The project, called "Drive, Dine and Fly: Mega Service Station," will be built on a property located 2.2 kilometers from the airport.

"This prime and strategic location is ideal for the development of a gasoline and service center to cater to the high volume of vehicle traffic in the area," CIAC said in a statement.

The invitation to bid seeks participation from private sector companies. Interested parties can access the terms of reference and download bidding documents on the CIAC website (www.ciac.gov.ph) or by emailing adpcom@ciac.gov.ph.

The initial lease term is 30 years, with a possible 20-year extension.

CIAC is a government-owned and controlled corporation (GOCC) responsible for developing, operating, managing, and maintaining the Clark Civil Aviation Complex, a 2,367-hectare area that includes the Clark International Airport and facilities for aviation, related services and logistics activities.
