SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga — A new AI-powered real estate platform, Mapiles AI, is set to launch on June 3, offering a smarter, data-driven solution for property buying and selling in the Philippines.

Developed by real estate tech expert Dr. Joliber P. Mapiles, the platform aims to simplify real estate transactions by using artificial intelligence to match properties with buyers based on budget, location, and preferences.

Among its core features is a conversational AI assistant that provides instant property information and a proprietary MAPILES Score that ranks properties based on location, developer reputation, and pricing.

“Mapiles AI addresses real problems in the real estate sector by offering intelligent, transparent solutions,” said Mapiles.

The platform will debut in Central Luzon, starting in Pampanga, with plans for expansion nationwide. It seeks to support buyers, brokers, and developers through its localized database and automated tools.
