San Fernando, Pampanga – September 12, 2024 – Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation (PDO), a key player in residential development under the ICCP Group, has unveiled its new JAPANDI-inspired house models in the La Aldea Fernandina II subdivision, located in San Fernando City, Pampanga.

The latest offering from Pueblo de Oro features innovative two-storey Single-Attached and Single-Detached units designed with a JAPANDI aesthetic—a fusion of Japanese minimalism and Scandinavian functionality. This design philosophy creates tranquil living spaces characterized by neutral tones, bold black accents, and natural greenery, all contributing to a serene and functional home environment.

The new “Unihomes” boast generous floor areas of 52 square meters on lot sizes starting at 70 square meters for Single-Attached and 85 square meters for Single-Detached models. These homes are crafted to accommodate future expansion and include dedicated carports. Buyers can choose from Classic (semi-finished) or Premium (finished) trims, offering flexibility to tailor the homes to individual tastes.

La Aldea Fernandina II spans 12 hectares within the larger 30-hectare Pueblo de Oro masterplanned community in Barangay Del Carmen. The development promises a flood-free environment and an enhanced lifestyle, situated just two kilometers from San Fernando City's major shopping centers, including SM City Pampanga and Robinsons Starmills.

The strategic location provides easy access to San Fernando and Mexico/Sindalan NLEX exits, with Metro Manila less than a two-hour drive away. The community is well-connected via Jose Abad Santos Avenue (JASA) and MacArthur Highway, ensuring convenient travel to neighboring provinces and key amenities.
