Eddie Recto Santos

One of the best examples that there are opportunities in real estate during crisis is Mr. Eddie Santos, of ReMax Philippines. Being one of the best stockbrokers in the Philippines in 1993, he has built good relationships with high-network businessmen and earned their trust because of his personalized service. Sometime in 1997, he unintentionally discovered the opportunity in real estate just as a favor requested by a top client.

Everybody remembers what happened later that year and a couple of years after that. It was the Asian Financial Crisis. It was during that crisis that he had more business, helping his loyal clients from the stock market either unload their properties or find good deals.

He now owns the regional franchise of ReMax for the Philippines and is consistently one of the top brokers in the world, of this global real estate network. Eddie Boy, as he is more popularly known, graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University with a double bachelor’s degree in Management and Marketing.
