AREAA arranges historic Philippines trade mission to forge global real estate partnership

A premier international initiative, led by the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) Greater Chicago and AREAA San Diego, will take place in the Philippines from August 28 to September 6, 2025.

The AREAA, a non-profit organization founded in 2003, focuses on increasing sustainable homeownership within Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) communities. AREAA provides advocacy, education, and international opportunities for real estate professionals nationwide.

The unprecedented mission brings together top U.S. real estate professionals, developers, and investors to explore emerging opportunities in the Philippines' dynamic property and investment landscape. With stops in Manila, Cebu, and Palawan, the mission offers a blend of high-level forums, property tours, cultural experiences, and global networking.

The program includes global exchange forums covering market trends, insights, business opportunities with developers, bankers, and investors, lending programs, and retirement options. These half-day forums, featuring speakers on U.S. and Philippine market trends, will be held in Makati City on August 29 and in Cebu City on September 2.

The mission also includes guided property tours with leading Philippine developers such as Arthaland, Shang Properties, and Ayala Land. Cultural experiences and island-hopping tours will feature sites like Malacañang Palace, Intramuros, Taal Volcano, and Coron, Palawan.

Exclusive networking events and business receptions are also part of the program, with stays at world-class hotels including Makati Shangri-La, Seda Cebu, Discovery Shores, and Conrad Manila.

With over 44 chapters and more than 19,000 members, AREAA is the largest Asian American real estate association in the United States, dedicated to elevating the voice of the AAPI community in housing and global investment.
