CREBA and LIBOR strengthen ties at International Summit in New York City

The recent Global Summit, hosted by the Long Island Board of REALTORS® (LIBOR) at Fordham University’s Lincoln Center Campus in New York, brought together influential real estate leaders from across the globe to discuss the future of the industry. Representing the Philippines was a delegation from the Chamber of Real Estate Builders and Associations (CREBA), led by its Vice President for International Affairs, Alejandro Mañalac, and Ms. Ave Acuña, the VP for Education. The delegation was specially invited by the Global Real Estate Liaison of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), Mr.Yoshi Takita, highlighting LIBOR’s longstanding bilateral partnership with the Philippines. This collaboration has been instrumental in promoting knowledge exchange and opening doors for investment opportunities between the two nations.

Key topics at the summit included remote work opportunities, evolving real estate trends, economic development, and the emergence of Proptech.
