CitiGlobal building P6.5-billion development in Tagaytay

CitiGlobal Realty and Development, Inc., a real estate developer specializing in affordable, income-generating leisure properties, is aiming for a significant share of the Tagaytay market with its P6.5-billion Tagaytay Clifton Resort Suites project.

Most unit owners view Clifton as an investment, designed for both value appreciation and income generation. To maximize returns, a dedicated condotel corporation will manage units enrolled for short-term stays, ensuring seamless operations and optimal occupancy for paying guests.

To said Clifton's development is being completed in three phases. The first phase, which includes three towers, a clubhouse, and partial site development, is 25 percent finished. The developer expects to fast-track the remainder of the project for completion in the fourth quarter of 2027.
