D.M. Wenceslao Group Triumphs at 12th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards

D.M. Wenceslao Group, renowned for its development of Aseana City, garnered significant recognition at the 12th Annual PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards. The developer’s commitment to sustainable and innovative urban development was highlighted with three prestigious awards, underscoring its excellence in the real estate sector.

At this year’s awards, D.M. Wenceslao Group secured the title of Best Mixed-Use Development for Parqal, a notable achievement for a project that opened in September 2023. Parqal’s design epitomizes the “15-minute city” concept, which promotes localized neighborhoods where residents can access essential services within a short walk or bike ride. The development was also recognized with a Highly Commended award for Best Retail Development and another Highly Commended award for Best Mixed-Use Developer.

Buds Wenceslao, CEO and President of D.M. Wenceslao and Associates, Inc., expressed pride in the company’s accomplishments. “Our vision for Parqal is to redefine urban living by seamlessly integrating environmental sustainability with functionality. These accolades are a testament to our dedication to enhancing our residents' quality of life,” Wenceslao remarked.

In addition to these recent accolades, Parqal has previously achieved notable recognitions, including 5-Star BERDE certifications from the Philippine Green Building Council and significant awards in local and international competitions. Parqal was named Winner in the Mid-Rise Structure Category at the 2024 Philippine Excellence in Concrete Construction Awards and received a Gold Winner accolade at the MUSE Design Awards for Architectural Design in Retail Shops, Department Stores, and Malls.

These awards reinforce D.M. Wenceslao Group’s standing as a leader in sustainable and innovative urban development, reflecting its ongoing commitment to creating vibrant, accessible, and high-quality living environments.
