Flexible office brand to launch Cavite site in Q4

Homegrown flexible workspace provider GreatWork Global Workspaces is expanding its footprint south of Metro Manila, with its first site outside the capital set to open in Bacoor, Cavite by the fourth quarter of 2025.

The new facility will occupy 2,000 square meters on the 10th floor of CBC Asia Technozone Tower 1, accommodating up to 410 users. It will offer a full range of services including co-working areas, serviced offices, meeting rooms, an events area, and virtual office setups.

GreatWork currently operates three locations—two in Quezon City and one in Mandaluyong—and sees the Cavite expansion as a strategic move to meet growing demand from southern districts such as Alabang, Muntinlupa, and Las Piñas.

“We see this expansion as a way to serve new markets and support clients looking for business continuity sites outside the National Capital Region,” said Nicole Formoso, GreatWork’s Head of Sales.

The Bacoor site will feature flexible room configurations ranging from solo workstations to 30-seater offices. It will also include a conference room, lounge, pantry, and reliable Wi-Fi connectivity. In line with its design philosophy of “bringing the outdoors in,” GreatWork is incorporating biophilic elements such as curved walls, natural textures, and panoramic windows that offer views of Metro Manila and surrounding Cavite neighborhoods.

The company also hinted at future expansion into Makati and Taguig, underscoring the rising demand for adaptable workspaces driven by a mix of freelancers, remote professionals, and business process outsourcing (BPO) firms.

As hybrid and remote work models continue to reshape the Philippine work environment, GreatWork’s expansion reflects a broader trend of decentralizing office hubs while promoting accessibility and wellness in workplace design.
