Megaworld building its tallest hotel in Pasig

Real estate giant Megaworld is building the tallest hotel development in its portfolio - a 31-story structure inside the company’s 12.3-hectare ArcoVia City township along C5-Road in Pasig City, according to a report by Philippine Star.

To be known as ArcoVia Hotel, the development will offer 339 hotel suites in different layouts and will feature views of the Metro Manila skyline and the Antipolo mountains.

Scheduled for opening in 2029, ArcoVia Hotel will be managed and operated by Megaworld Hotels and Resorts.

Megaworld said ArcoVia Hotel would be the 21st hotel property by Megaworld Hotels and Resorts, the largest operator of homegrown hotel brands in the country.

Megaworld currently has 12 operational hotel properties with around 5,000 hotel room keys.

“We are delighted to introduce our newest development here in Metro Manila, which will be our 21st property and the tallest hotel development in Megaworld’s portfolio to date. This hotel really suits the world-class vibe of ArcoVia City, and will even delight future guests with an unimpeded view of the iconic Arco de Emperador,” Megaworld Hotels and Resorts managing director Cleofe Albiso said.

Megaworld said the ArcoVia Hotel’s facade “will reflect a Neoclassical architecture style, characterized by its symmetrical features, classical columns, arches, and intricate decorative moldings that complement the aesthetics of the Arco de Emperador.”

It will feature a variety of amenities and facilities, four food and beverage outlets, as well as bike racks and charging stations and parking slots for electric vehicles to cater to growing mobility platforms.

Room types and sizes range from 27.5 square meters to 108 sqm.

Further, the hotel will have dedicated specially-abled suites at 34 sqm for guests requiring special room arrangements during their stay.
