Ovialand, Takara Leben launch Sentro Properties in Laguna

Ovialand Inc., a real estate developer, announced the launch of Sentro, its second project with Takara Leben Co. Ltd., a Japanese firm.

Sentro, a 9.7-hectare development in San Pablo, Laguna, will have 746 housing units. The project, located three minutes from the city center, is set to begin turnover in late 2025.

“The launch of Sentro builds on our ongoing partnership with Takara Leben,” said Pammy Olivares-Vital, Ovialand’s president and CEO. “We look forward to homes at Sentro being built and turned over to our clients.”

Ovialand’s first joint venture with Takara Leben, Savana South, features 657 house-and-lot units. The company has been developing communities in San Pablo since 2018, including Santevi, Sannera, and Savana.

Sentro will strengthen Ovialand’s presence in San Pablo, where the company has completed nearly 3,000 housing units. The new project will offer townhouses, duplexes, and single-detached units, all featuring Ovialand’s classic design and premium finishes.
