Damosa Land expands in Mindanao

DAVAO, Philippines – Homegrown developer of sustainable real estate in the South, Damosa Land, makes significant strides in property development as it rapidly expands with three distinct milestones across Mindanao. These back-to-back milestones highlight Damosa Land’s progress across the residential, township, and office space.

Damosa Land proudly celebrated the completion of the first phase of the Clubhouse in Ameria, the residential village within Agriya township, located in Panabo, Davao del Norte. Together with the homeowners and potential clients, the company demonstrated its commitment to providing a comprehensive and enjoyable living experience through its newly launched facilities and amenities.

Built on a 3,174 square meter lot, the clubhouse includes new facilities such as the main pavilion and open space decks for Ameria’s homeowners. Agriya’s commercial area is also expected to play a pivotal role as it opens the diverse offerings within the township, enhancing the overall quality of life for residents while attracting external visitors to explore as it is set to be launched by October 2023. These developments within the Damosa Land’s property will further boost Ameria’s portfolio as the first premier high-end subdivision in Davao del Norte following its PropertyGuru Philippines Property award as the Best Eco-Friendly Housing Development in 2022. 

As of July 2023, Ameria is nearing full occupancy with 95.48% of its 177 units already sold.

Azure, Bridgeport Park 

Furthermore, Damosa Land marked another important milestone in the development of Bridgeport Park. With the first concrete pouring completed, the construction of the condominium project is officially underway bringing it one step closer to its anticipated completion in 2025. 

Bridgeport Park has an overall total of 274 units with a mixture of Garden, Classic, and Sea-View units, and is surrounded by 20,000 square meters of open spaces allotted for the resident’s outdoor recreational areas. As of July 2023, Bridgeport Park, another recipient of the PropertyGuru Philippines Property Award in 2022 as Highly Commended for Best Waterfront Condo Development, has sold more than half of its inventory amounting to PHP 2.6 Billion.
